J.P. Morgan Payments × F1 Miami Kiosk screens, made at QReal.
Kiosk screens for J.P. Morgan Payments' boutique at the 2023 Miami Grand Prix: a palm scan, a camera try-on for caps, then the cap comes out of a vending machine. I designed the screens and the flow at QReal, which supplied the try-on, inside J.P. Morgan Payments' brand.

iThe flow
Five screens on a portrait kiosk, from the palm scan to the vending machine.
iiScan, then hello
One gesture starts everything: the palm scan. The next screen greets the visitor by name and asks them to try the caps on.
iiiTry on, confirm, collect
The camera shows the cap on you. A glass panel keeps the categories, the caps and one button at hand height, so nothing covers the face. Confirm, and the vending machine prepares the cap while the screen counts down the steps.
ivOne system
J.P. Morgan Payments' teal as the only accent, one headline weight, glass over the camera, one kiosk-sized button on every screen, and the controls at hand height, where people standing at a kiosk reach.
The screens on this page are the 2023 kiosk flow, refined for this site. The boutique was J.P. Morgan Payments', with the agency Multiplier; the AR try-on was QReal's. Try-on portrait: Unsplash.
